With several IA's and A&P's on staff we can take care of your Annual & Condition Inspections.
AAS has a large library of micro film that can be transferred to full size blueprints for fabrication or authenticity.
A full welding shop allows us to fabricate or repair steel, aluminum or magnesium parts.
Our machine shop allows us to fabricate missing or broken parts to the original specs thru reverse engineering or blue prints.
We have the capability of spot welding cowling and other sheet metal parts with our 200kva spot welder.
We have on site ability to design CAD drawings for parts or instrument panels.
AAS can fabricate forms for the layout of cowling and other compound structures.
Our paint booth allows us to paint indoors in a clean enviroment.
Onsite avionics and wiring with either "original cotton" covering for authenticity or modern Mil Spec coating.
